Learn to make decisions by consensus. Consensus is a process that seeks full agreement by collaboratively building proposals until the concerns of all stakeholders are addressed. Some groups require that everyone consent for a proposal to be ratified. Other groups, however, use a consensus process, but finalize decisions based on other decision rules. This blog offers tips.
